1. Eligibility and Account Security

• To place an order on Gauryog, you must be at least 18 years old or browsing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Pricing and Product Information

• All prices listed on our storefront are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellations

• Receiving an order confirmation email does not guarantee that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to limit, cancel, or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:
• Product stock unavailability.
• Inaccuracies or errors in product pricing or descriptions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent transaction patterns flagged by our secure payment gateway.
• If your order is cancelled by us after your payment has been processed, the full transaction amount will be refunded directly back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days [INDEX].
• Customer Cancellations: Customers can cancel an order free of cost only before the item is dispatched from our warehouse. Once an item is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard Return Policy guidelines [INDEX].
