Shipping & Delivery Guidelines

At Gauryog, we partner with reliable logistics networks to ensure your home appliances, cables, and electrical essentials reach you safely and on time.

Delivery Timeline:

• Orders within Delhi NCR are typically delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
• Orders across the rest of India are processed and delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping Charges: We offer Free Delivery on all orders above ₹999 across India. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹70 is applied at checkout.

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID and a direct courier link will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number via SMS.

Damaged in Transit: If a package looks visibly damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the delivery from the courier agent. Take a photo of the package and contact our customer care team immediately
