Return and Refund Guidelines

We want you to shop with complete peace of mind. Our return policy is structured to protect your purchase while ensuring the highest standards of safety for electrical appliances.

  • Return Window: We offer a 7-Day Return & Replacement window from the exact date of delivery.
  • Eligible Conditions for Return: An item is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets one of the following criteria:
    • It was received in a physically damaged or broken state.
    • It is missing parts or accessories that belong to the product package.
    • The product is functionally defective upon unboxing (e.g., does not power on).
    • The item delivered is entirely different from what was ordered.
  • Condition of the Item: Returned products must be unused, unaltered, and packed in their original box with all tags, instruction sheets, warranty cards, and accessories intact.
  • The Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect it. Upon approval, your refund will be initiated:
    • Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank account, Credit Card, or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): You will be requested to provide bank details, and the refund will be processed via NEFT bank transfer within 7 business days.
